Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails, the package will be returned to us. We will contact you to reship – reshipping charges may apply.
Damaged in Transit?
If you receive a damaged package, please do not accept it or take an unboxing video as proof and contact us at support@olivlife.in within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.
